The pie charts below show the different reasons for flight delays in a particular Asian country in 2015 and 2016.
Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

The two pie charts illustrate information about the separate reasons why flights were postponed in a particular Asian nation between 2015 and 2016.
Overall, what stands out from the charts is that most flights were delayed because of airline operations management.
In 2015, the percentage of flights delayed by airline operations management made up 40%, compared with 46% in 2016. Meanwhile, around 25% of flights were called off by air traffic control in 2015. After 1 year, this figure decreased significantly, only accounting for nearly a half of that in 2015(12%). Likewise, the proportion of flights delayed by bad weather in 2015 and 2016 were 21% and 23% respectively.
In 2015, the percentage of flights delayed by airport security was the lowest, only making up 6% of the total flights. This figure increased more than 3 times in the following year (around 13%). By contrast, around 10% of flights were postponed because of military factors, whereas this figure dropped by only 6% in 2016.
