Given are the pie charts delineating electricity production units by fuel source in Australia and France in the period of 20 years from 1980 to 2000.
Perceptibly, coal hosted the highest fuel source in producing electricity over the period. However, Australia didn't have nuclear power source, while France had.
Remarkably, the highest fuel source to produce electricity in Australia - coal - accounted for 50 units, half of the total in the first year. This figure surged significantly by 80 units in the ensuing 20 years. Hydro power and natural gas both archived 20 units and oil source with 10 units in 1980, however, while hydro power witnessed a slight upswing of 16 units, natural gas and oil diminuted gradually to 2 units in the end of the period.
As for France, nevertheless total production was 10 units less than Australias' in 1980, France was 10 units more than Australia in 2000. Outstandingly, France had nuclear power, but Australia not. Nuclear power source just constituted 15 units of the total in 1980, then it nudged up at somewhere in the vincinity of three forth of the total fuel sources using for electricity producetion in 2000.
