Plan A below shows a health centre in 2005. Plan B shows the same place in the present day. Summarize the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

The plans show the changes in a health center over the last ten years. In general, the health center has witnessed many significant changes and had expanded in different ways.

To be more precise, a minor operations room has been added to the right of the physiotherapy room which has been kept over the years. In 2005, there was a large entrance area with wide doors, and there were many seats surrounding the reception desk in the middle. Besides, there were only three consulting rooms with direct doors from the reception desk. After ten years, the size of these rooms has been reduced and a new consulting room has been built in the Northeast of the interior. Although the office has been kept at the same site, its size has been narrowed and the reception desk has been moved to in front of it.

As far as the outside is concerned, there are many changes also. The car park has been expanded with room for 18 more cars. Moreover, the garden has been decreased in size to give the extra parking place. Strikingly, the entrance area with a new children's place area has been moved to the left side of the car parking area.
