Plan A shows a health center in 2005. Plan B shows the same place in the present day.
The given plans show the changes of a health center from 2005 to the present day. Overall, during the surveyed period, the health center underwent some major renovations in terms of size and facilities.
The health center prior to changes had a car park which can hold up to 12 cars. This has been expanded all the way up the west side of the building in order to make room for 18 more spaces. The entrance has also been relocated to the left of the building, opening to the children's play area, which was not present in 2005, as well as the reception desk. The number of consulting rooms has been increased from 3 to 4, which all locate along the southeast side of the center. Another feature of this newly renovated health center is the addition of a minor operations room, occupying the vacant land beside the physiotherapy room in 2005. On the other hand, some facilities are still kept in the same place as they were in 2005, such as the physiotherapy room, the office, and the garden.
