Plan A shows a health center in 2005 Plan B shows the same place in the present day

First diagram illustrates a health center in 2005 while second one gives information on it in the present day.
In general, the given area experienced urbanisation with addition of children's play area. Moreover, the reception desk have removed from the center of this diagram.
In the north- western part, minor operations room has built near the Physiotherapy. CR3 has replaced reception desk and children's play area and entrance have constructed at the expense of CR3. In the south - eastern part, CR1 and CR2 have situated in the previous space of entrance.
Turning to the east side, CR2 has been changed CR4 while the center of this health center has enlarged. In the north-east part, Physiotherapy room has remained unchanged as well as garden. Finally, car parking has expanded and it has many spaces than in 2005 from 12 to 30.
