Overall, the layout of the park significantly changes with a small number of existing facilities. There are additional features such as a concert and a cafe which cater to entertainment.
Visitors can enter the park through the north and south entrances and now a new one is constructed from the underground parking lot. The fountain was in the heart of the park but now was demolished. The amphitheater for concerts replaced the stage for musicians while two Rose Gardens which were on the right side rearranged to the middle of the park with surrounding seats.
The glasshouse was removed, instead of the water feature. The Rose Garden and pond next to Arnold avenue were converted into a cafe and a children's play area.
