The first picture shows the layout of a park in 1920, and the second illustrates some proposed changes to the park space.

It is clear that significant changes had been made in terms of the positions of seats and rose garden. There is a completely new facilities and parking space for the area.

In 1920, visitors didn’t have space for parking in Grance Park, but now they can park their car in the basement. In the left part of the park, in place of stage for musicians and fountain, which were shown around one hundred years ago, the present place shows the amphitheatre for concert and rose garden and rose garden surrounded by four parts of seats.

The right part of the public park now has been redeveloped to a café which is located next to the children’s play area. Also, the water feature is substitute with the glasshouse near the entrance of Eldon Street, and the empty space in the center decreases. However, the residents in the area can enter the park from the entrance of Arnold Avenue and Eldon Street as they used to do.
