Essay topics:

The plans below show the site of an airport now and how it will look after redevelopment next year.
Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

The plans provide information about Southwest airport's current time and how the layout will be in the next year after reconstruction. Overall, many amenities will have appeared by the next year, also southwest airport`s area will be expanded and accommodate more gates.
The southwest airport at present time is quite small, but in the future, the area is going to be extended. Nowadays, the north side of the airport has 8 gates and 2 walkways which are opposite each other. However, by the following year after development, the north side of the airport will be expanded and will have two branches to the left and to the right in order to include more gates for passengers. In the center of the north part, the airport sky train is planned to replace the walkway.
Furthermore, now, the south-west airport has check-in and café where are located departures, but there will be some changes in the next year, for example, check-in will be relocated to the right side of departures and café is moved from the right corner to the left bottom corner, actually, bag drop is set up and will take a place instead of check-in. Another interesting change is that in the next year one more café will appear, bank and car hire will appear which are located east side of the airport.
