The plans below show a student room for two people and a student room for one person at an Australian university.
Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features and make comparisons where relevant.
The two pictures reported describe the structure of a single and a double dormitories, located in an university in Australia.
Overall, the dimensions and structures of the two bedrooms are similiar, whereas there is a slight variation in regard of the facilities provided.
In both the maps, bathroom and the kitchen are located on the left, on the top and on the bottom, respectively. Likewise, a study desk and a bed can be always found on the right hand corner of the room. Also the dimensions are extremely similiar, with a common lenght of 6 metres and a width of 2.5 metres for the smaller space and 4 for the wider one.
Moving to differences, it clearly stands out that a table with some chairs is missing in the individual room, while it is present in the double. Moreover, in the latter has been added another single-size bed and a second study desk, placed in the bottom of the figure. Unsurprisingly, the price for the two option is slightly different, with a cost of 350$ for week for the double and $200 for the single one. Hence, the difference in price for just one person is of 25$ every 7 days.
