The presented pictures illustrate how to cultivate pineapples and manufacture various products from pineapples.
Overall, it takes nearly one year for pineapples to fruit, and four steps, on average, to proceed pineapples into juice, canned food, or export demanding.
In the beginning, pineapple is planted with the spacing of 26 cm in a row, and under the mild temperature between 25 Celsius and 30 Celsius. Fruit disease control will take place after 7 months by spraying chemicals to protect the fruit from bugs and insects. In the course of 5 more months, pineapples become ripe and reach a weight of 2 kg and a length of 30 cm. These mature pineapples will be harvested, washed, and graded based on their weight and size.
On the one hand, all the small-and-medium-sized pineapples are cut the top off, then peeled. While the juice is collected from crushing the small-sized-pineapples with a device called Extractor, the bigger ones are sliced into pieces, pasteurized, and stored in cans.
On the other hand, the highest quality pineapples are waxed, packaged in barrels, and delivered to customers by ships.
