The diagram describes steps in the process of chocolate production.
Overall, there are ten stages beginning with growing cacao tree and ending with producing chocolate in liquid form.
The first step in the process is that cacao trees are grown in South America, Africa, and Indonesia until their pods are ripe and red, the farmers collect them and get the white cocoa beans inside the pods. Subsequently, the beans are fermented and dried in the Sun.
The process continues with packaging them in large sacks and delivering to the factory by train, lorry or ship. The next step in the process of chocolate production is that the beans are roasted at 350oC and then crushed to remove the outer shell. Lastly, the inner part is pressed to produce liquid chocolate, and the process is complete.
