Regarding to the data, the sales registered a period of volatile in the morning to the afternoon. 275 pastries reach a peak sold. Followed sales of 200 sandwich in diverge team. Whereas drink, two kinds of those were significant decreased. Tea sales reduce 60 from 100 in the morning to 50 in the afternoon. And main menu (the coffee) was higher sales in the morning reach 265 but declined minimally around 10, from 265 to 185 at noon
In the other hand, the trade made by a coffee shop refered a fluctuation sales in the afternoon then reach in the night. Sandwich's had an enormous dipped from 250 totally sales at the time before to 150 amount sales in the afternoon till night. Those were similarity decreased totally of sales in pastries sales, from 370 in half day before to 230 in the evening until night. Opposite of with drinks sales in the evening until the night saw gradually growth. There was a step increase of 55 for coffee, from 145 to 200 and tea sold grew steeply from 35 to 75
