show the stages and equipment used in the pulp-making process and how pulp is used to produce paper.
The two diagrams illustrate the procedure of making pulp and how paper is produced from that machine.
Looking at the first diagram, one can see that the pulp production begins when the ingredients go through the digester machine at high temperature, then produce pulp as their accomplished product. At the beginning, the substances of 20% of soft wood, 40% of water, 40% chemicals are poured into the pulp digester machine. At this stage, the blend is ignited at a particular temperature in order to make all the initial composition digested. Then, at the bottom of the machine, there is a hole for the final soft pulp to go out when it accomplishes the digestion phase in the machine.
In the second diagram, there are 4 phases of paper production. The process begins when the pulp is spread onto the flat surface of the fine screen. After this stage, these pulps are desiccated by a drying roller to eradicate moisture steam stuck on the pulp. Then, it is stacked up neatly on the vertical machine, this phase called “iron process”. Eventually, the paper is rolled up on the reel, this is also the final stage of paper production.
