so far, there have been many discussions around implementing fixed punishment for each type of crime and considering the circumstances of an individual crime for having a fair sentence. I think both ways have their own benefits and drawbacks.
In this essay, I will discuss both of these views.
In the first group, each crime has each punishment rate so that people could know how serious it is and follow the law. If the law is not clearly and detailed, people can easily take advantage of the hole of law , so it can lead to the unfair judgments.
On contrary side, considering the situations of an individual crime help us see the whole view of crime and give a fair sentence depending on many factors like: health problems, society term, etc.... having a flexible and accurate system law could help government in supervising society, make the country become a liveable place.

To reach that goal, government should have a high quality of resources that could effectively investigate
