From an overall perspective, it can be observed that the first item, which is food/drinks and tobacco, has the highest percentage compared to the others item in all countries. In contrast, people spend less money on recreation or studying activities.
The table shows the Turkish consumer spend more money on food and leisure with 32.14% and 4.35%, respectively, among other countries. Whereas, in Italy, the consumer expenditure on clothing has the first rank in comparison with others by 9%.
However, Swedish customers spend the least on food and clothing, with 16.37% and 1.23% less than Turkish, but they spend more on leisure and education than Spanish.
