In general, it is clear that people the consumption of vegetables was the largest while the opposite was true of cheese.
In 1992, the number of vegetables that people consumed was in the first rank at 2140 grams, followed by the figure for meat at 1148 grams. The data for wheat and bean was 837 and 532 grams, respectively. The figure for cheese was the lowest at 113 grams.
In terms of vegetables, there was a slight rise between 2140 grams in 1992 and 2220 grams in 2012. Similarly, the consumption of wheat and bear also increased modestly from 837 and 532 grams in 1992 to 977 and 590 grams in 2012, respectively. Furthermore, there was a slight increase in the amount of cheese from 113 in 1992 to 125 in 2002, before remaining unchanged in the final year. In contrast, the figure for meat witnessed a drop between 1148 in 1992 and 1132 grams in 2012.
