The table provides figures about consumption of telephone, television, refrigerator and other consumer durables payed by British people during eleven years started from 1972.
Overall, the whole people which live in Britain owed more consumer dubables in 1983 than 1972. In 1983, the majority of households has almost all types of goods, especially television, refrigerator and washing machine. These appliances were
over 94% of households.
The percentage of Central heating and Telephone soared from 1972 to 1983 to 31% respectively 35%, which means that more people want more these consumer durables across the period of 11 years. The television remains with almost same level at the started period rose slowly to 98%.
In contrast, the video appears in households in the last year recording a percentage of 18% and the dishwasher was owned by British people began in the second half of period.
