To commence with, there was 74000 visitors, who visit the Ashdown Museum before the refurbishment and it was increased up-to 92000 after the modification of Ashdown Museum.
Furthermore, as regard people, who very satisfied, it accounted for 15%, and experienced rise to 35% after modification. As regard people who were pleased comprised for 30% before the refurbishment, which increased to 40% after the refurbishment.
On the other hand, the initial figure for tourist who not pleased before modification was 40% and decline up-to 15% was observed after the modification. Tourists who were very dissatisfied had ratio of 10% before the refurbishment, fell to 5% after modification. However, people who had not given any responses remained relatively same.
