The table depicts the number of tourists to Ashdown museum a year before and after refurbishment. The pie charts elucidate about the result of surveys of satisfaction rate after visiting museum during the same aforesaid period.
First of all, it can be seen that the number of visitors increased after the completion of reconstruction. Interestingly, the data indicates that three-quarters visitors satisfied just a year after refurbishment.
After refurbishment, a number of tourists have peaked by 18000. In contrast, about 50% visitors were dissatisfied before a year although it has declined up to just 20% after refurbishment. On the other hand, a number of satisfied tourists have enhanced from 45% to 75% after the implementation of refurbishment. Also, the percentage of very dissatisfied has reduced by 5% while the category of no response remained same in both said years.
Laconically, it is demonstrated that refurbishment has affected a lot to increase visitors and satisfaction rate as well.
