The table and the chart show the visitors and their satisfaction level of Ashdown Museum the year before and after the museum's restoration. Overall, after the refurbishment, more people came to the museum and they are more satisfied with it.
Before the museum's improvement, there were 74000 people who visited during a year. Then, after the improvement, the number went up to 92000 visitors.
For the satisfaction level, 15% of people are very satisfied with the museum, which grew more than twice of it after the improvement to 35%. The satisfied people also rosse from 30% to 40% of the visitors. Meanwhile, the percentage of dissatisfied visitors greatly declined more than half of it from 40% to 15%. Similarly, percentage of visitors who were very dissatisfied halved from 10% to 5%. Finally, people who didn't give their response stood still at 5%.
