The table portrays the numbers of visitors of Ashdown Museum in the previous year and the year after it was renovated. The pie charts demonstrate the outcome of surveys asking vistors how satisfied they were with their visit of the same two years. In general, the table showed, there was an increase in the number of people visiting the museum after the refurbishment, in the two pie charts, the proportion of people soared up in the two sections which were "very satisfied" and "satisfied".
More specifically, before the renovation, there were approximately 75 thousands of people who visited the museum, but after refurbishment, the visitors increased to about 92 thousands. Furthermore, the year before refurbishment, most of the people were ( about 40 percent) dissatisfied with the museum, whereas, after the renovation, most of the people ( also about 40 percent) were satisfied with the museum. Only 15 percent of people were very satisfied the year before, but after the refurbishment, there were 35 percent of people very satisfied. However, the percentage of people who did not respond remained the same about 5 percent. After redecoration, the dissatified percentage decreased from 40 to 15.
Overall, it is safe to say that refurbishment made the museum better and more attractive to the visitors.
