It is clear that the number of visitors increased significantly from 74000 at the year before refurbishment to 92000 after the development. It is also noticeable that the level of satisfaction was sharp rise thanks to the improvement.
In the year before developing, most people felt dissatisfied with 40% which was followed by satisfied feeling at 30%. There are 15% travelers were very satisfied while 10% said that they felt very dissatisfied which was doubled for the figure of no response with 5%.
After the development of Ashdown museum, the percentage of satisfied feeling was moderate rose to 40% which became the most popular feeling. Additionally, the amount of people who felt very satisfied was increased sharply to 35% while the proportion of dissatisfied feeling was decreased significantly to 15%. Finally, the number of no response and very dissatisfied were identical with 5% of all.
