The given table rapresents the revenues for every lunch or dinner, during
the days of the week of October 7th-13th.
Overall, it can be noticed that the more signficant amount of cash flow comes in at dinner, especially on Friday. The weekend registers the lowest numbers since the businesses are closed on that period.
During week days, regarding lunch, the data shows consistent values, averaging around 2,500 $ per day. The most lucrative date is on Wednesday, reaching 2,595 $ of goods sold. However on Saturday and Sundays the small restaurant bottoms its values, with Sunday being the worse day with just 1,550 $ worth sold.
On the other hand, dinner is constantly more cost-efficient than lunch, reporting at least a 1,000 $ more evry day. From the data in can be seen that the peak value reached on Friday, at 4,350 $, almost the double of any lunch earnings.
As for the weekend, the situation is about the same as the noon one, so its income is lower compared to week days, although it still more significant than the lunch one.
