Overall, it is clear that maximum number of cell phones and computers were owned by people in Luxemburg. However, China had lowest mobile phone and pc owners.
To begin with, the counting of mobile owners and computer owners was 872 and 900 per 1000 people respectively in Luxemburg , which is most striking feature of graph. In case of Italy 737 cell phones per 1000 people were owned, the figure for computer owners was only 480 per 1000 people. It is interesting to note that the number of computer owners was similar in Germany and South Korea.
Probing further, there was 684 cell phone owners in Singapore per 1000 people , the number of people with computers is less than by 6.
