The assigned tabular chart compares the amount of mobile holders and PC owners per thousand people in 2003 among six countries, namely, Luxemburg,Italy,Singapore,Germany,South Korea,China.
From a perspective view, most countries had more than half of people had mobile in 2003, except for South Korea and China, In the meantime, China account for the minority of PC owners among six countries. While the other countries reminded at the higher level than China.
It is clear that Luxemburg hosted the highest rank in mobile holders with a figure of 872 per thousand people, which is nearly 2 times than South korea. Subsequently, Italy,Singapore and Germany had 737,684,586 mobile holders per thousand respectively. However, China stood at the last rank in mobile holders, merely 35 per thousand people.
In terms of number of PC owners, Luxemburg stood at the top among six countries, only 100 people did not owned PC per thousand people. followed by the Singapore, which had 690 PC holders per thousand people, ranked second among six countries. Italy,Germany and South Korea had the similar amount in PC owners, to be specific, 480 for Italy and 452 for Germany and South Korea. Whatelse, China stood at the lower level than the other countries in number of PC owners, which was less 10 times than Luxemburg.
