A glance at the tables provided reveal the survey results conducted in 1980 and 2010 about the percentage of six city facilities quality in a particular city. In general, the majority of respondents agreed that all the aspects compared had good quality in both years.
Looking for more detail, there was an increase in the percentage of participants who assessed the city living aspects in good category except in healthcare and transport which dropped by 8% and 13% rescpectively. However, an opposite pattern showed in those who thought that the facilities are neither good nor bad. The percentage of participants who thought so declined in four aspects but healthcare, transport which depicted an increase by 4% and 7% respectively and shops that remained unchanged.
Finally, the respondents who agreed that the city living aspects were in bad condition rose in all aspects in the two decades after the first survey. The highest incline of them reported in employement aspect that jumped by 13% while the other ranged to climb by 4% to 10%.
