The provided two bar graphs represent the percentages of male and female, who were doing jobs in five different categories ( Vice Presidents, Directors, managers, Analysts and Administrators) in an engineering industry, during 2005 and 2015.
In summary, the higher numbers of females were doing the job in Administrators compared to males, whereas, the higher numbers of males in others four categories compared to females, in 2005. In 2015, the higher numbers of males were working at a place of Analysts, while, the higher numbers of females in other four categories.
In 2005, the numbers of males were doing jobs at the place of Vice President (70%), Directors (60%), Managers (50%) and Analysts (70%), however, the percentages of females were Vice President ,Directors, Manegers and Analysts in approximately 30, 40, 45 and 30 respectively. Further more,almost 10 % males were doing the job as an Administrator and 90% females.
In addition, In 2015, nearly 50 %of males and females, who had been doing the job in both types of categories ( Vice President and Manager). At a place of Administrator, 80% of females, which was highest percentages in 2015, and 20% of males did a job.
