The given tow diagrams illustrates the information regarding general features of AAA accountancy –main office and the status after renovation.
In the first figure, front desk was right in front of the entrance in the south western corner and next to it in the northern side was the account office. Similarly, processing office and new customers office was planned to the alongside of the account office to the eastern side where there was a separate information desk, fax, and copier machine was planned in each of these office rooms along with the separate entrance gate. Apart from this, storage room was planned opposite to the processing room and the payroll office was in between the storage room and manager’s office of south east corner in the question. Finally, meeting room and lunch room was planned in the opposite to the manager’s room towards the northern east side according to the question.
Over the period of time after renovation, front desk and storage room was dismantle and focused was given to larger the front desk in such place. Moreover, storage room was shifted in the northern west corner and a sofa set was planned in the place of storage room and payroll office. In addition to that, two larger size of information desk was planned in the area of processing and new customer office and a combine fax and photocopier machine along with an information desk was planned in the central of main office room. It is also worth noticing that the three separate room such as manager’s office, meeting room and the cafeteria were in the same location in the question.
