The two maps below show an island, before and after the construction of some tourist facilities.
The two maps illustrate an island, before and after numerous innovations for tourism purposes.
Overall, it can be seen that many new facilities for tourists were built.
Before the constructions, there were only a few trees to the west and east of the island and the beach to the left of the island was not used yet. After the constructions took place, a lot more facilities were built. A pier was constructed in the south of the island, allowing access to the island by boats. A reception area and a restaurant were located in the centre of the island. To the left and right of the reception area, two new accommodation areas were created, each consists of several houses forming a circle.
To allow easier transportation in the island, lots of vehicle tracks were opened. These tracks connected the pier to the reception area and to the restaurant. Moreover, the houses in the accommodation areas were connected with each other through numerous footpaths, with one of these paths connecting the area to the beach, which now allowed tourists to go swimming.
