There are changes from 2007 to 2010 in the City Hospital area. These changes are designed for traffic jams and make car stream became to scatter. There are some changes in the following paragraph.
This is a ring road around the city hospital in the North and it is no change with 2010. In the South with the ring road is Hospital Road, two sides are three bus stops and easy to wait for the buses. Right the Hospital Road is a car park use for staff and public. In 2010, the car park on Hospital Road is only for staff and the public car park is removed to the right side of City Hospital. The six bus stops are disappeared and removed to the bus station, where on the left with Hospital Road. The crossroads of Ring Road and Hospital Road, City Road and Hospital Road become the roundabouts. It means the amounts of cars are more than before and make traffic congestion. These roundabouts can dredge the vehicle and increase the distance between two cars.
