Dear sir/ Madam,
I am writing this letter for complaining about the book which I had borrowed yesterday. I collected this book during the dispersal time. Owing to this, I had not checked the book condition. But when i reached my home and opened the book for my assignment then some of the book pages were not there which gave me big disappointment.
It is the best book of biology written by S.Tyagi. I had taken this book for my semester exams and it contains all the topics which is included in my syllabus. Instead of this, the language of this book is very simple and easy to understand.
Now, I want to tell you about the book pages which were torn away. Page number 23 to 40 were missing. All these pages were very important because it contained the abbreviation and definition of difficult words which helps to understand the chapter easily.
I would advise you to check the book in front of borrower before taking it back. So that, same could not happen again. Also, you can penalize the borrower for damage.
