advice a friend whether to get a job or go to college.

Dear James,

How are you and trust you are doing great? I am very sorry this is coming a bit late, it is due to an unforeseen circumstances, but finally I respond to your request now. I think you should get a job instead of going to college and i"m sure you are going to love it.

To start with, you are not so sound academically and didn't really do so well in most courses while we were in school together. It's really energy-sapping for you to cope with most conventional subjects which could be a reason why you sometimes skip classes because you are not enjoying the class. I believe college is not meant for everybody, especially somebody like you.

However, working as a fashion designer or a computer system repair engineer is the type of job that will suit you. I could remember very that you used to have very high grades in vocational studies we both did as an elective courses in school. For instance you had the best grade in dressmaking and computer repair subjects. The laptop you helped fix is still in perfect condition and i think those are the areas you should focus on.

I hope to hear from you soon.

Warm regards,

Daniel
