Overall, it is evident that the number of cars per 1000 people in Country 5 was always the largest from 2005 to 2015, whereas the opposite was true of Country 1.
As can be seen from the bar chart given, the quantity of automobiles per 1000 people in Country 1 witnessed a considerable fluctuation between 2005 and 2015, which surged to about 400 automobiles in 2009 and plummeted to almost 300 automobiles in 2015. There was not many changes of the figure for Country 2, which always fluctuated from 500 to merely 550 cars over 10 years. The figure for Country 3 gradually crashed to approximately 550 automobiles between 2005 and 2015.
As far as the bar chart is concerned, the number of cars per 1000 people in Country 4 reached a plateau at about 700 cars for a decade. The figure for Country 5 and the European average both witnessed a slight decrease before leaping to almost 1000 and 800 automobiles in 2015, respectively.
