You have bought a new mobile phone and in a few days of purchase, it has stopped working. You have spoken to the company representative a week ago but it has still not been repaired.Write the letter to the company, in your letter:-Introduce yourself-Explain the situation and ask for a solution.
Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter in reference to raise a formal complaint regarding a cellphone device that has been purchased last week.
I have bought a Samsung Note 8 phone from your Danforth outlet on July 18, and it was a new edition with 8 GB RAM and 64 GB built-in storage. Initially, the phone was performing wonderfully, but two days later, it has started malfunctioning. It hangs with the frequent application crashing several times. To make the matter worse, it gets extremely heated, battery drains out so fast and then restarts once again. I am totally annoyed with the situation and went back to the outlet and talked to the service representative. As he suggested, I deposited my mobile there to have a repair. Three days later, he sent back my mobile to my home address, mentioning that is it has been fixed perfectly. To my utter disappointment, the phone is still restarting with an additional problem of a less-responsive touch screen.
As the issue is not completely resolved, I would like to ask for a replacement with a new one on an urgent basis within a fortnight. Otherwise, I want a full refund of my money. For your information, my invoice number is 123456SAM, dated on 1st May and I have paid via my credit card.
I look forward to seeing your prompt action regarding this matter.
Yours faithfully,
Jakir Alam
