A friend has agreed to look after your house and pet while you are on holiday. Write a letter to your friend. In your letter
* give contact details for when you are away
* give instructions about how to care for your pet
* describe other household duties
Write at least 150 words.
You do NOT need to write any addresses.
Begin your letter as follows:
Dear .....................,
Dear John,
Hope you are doing well. As discussed with you yesterday, my company has decided to send me to Sydney for attending annual summit of our organization, which will be there for two days.
I can’t express my happiness, as this will be the first event which I will be attending. I am really thankful to you as you agreed to take care of my apartment and pet in my absence. I am flying to Sydney tonight and will hand over the keys to you before departing. I have written down the hotel details with contact number in a note pad which is kept on a bedside table. If my mobile number is not reachable then you can contact on the board line number of the hotel and keep the message for me.
As you know, my pet Max is not well from last week due to climatic conditions. So the doctor has given medication which he has to take two times in a day and little care should be taken that he doesn’t eat anything except packet which is kept next to his kennel.
I’d be grateful if you could also water the hibiscus plant which is there in the balcony. Request you to please water it daily because that is a hybrid plant and I ordered from India, as this plant is not easily available in our country.
I will also keep in touch with you whenever I get free time from event.
Regards,
Saurabh
