Dear Claudia
Thank you for agreeing to look after my house while I'm on vacation. That's nice of you since I asked you on such short notice. My dog will remain at home, as you know, he loves you. I know you'll take good care of him during my absence.
In case you need anything, I will be staying at the Charleston City-center hotel, however, if it's urgent, don't hesitate to call me on my mobile phone. You already have my number.
Please remember to feed my dog at least four times a day. He needs to gain some weight. Also, don't forget to take him for a walk once or twice a week. He loves spending time at the memorial park.
Finally, my garage door needs some attention since last week it's opening itself. So I did call the company last night. They will send a guy to fix it. The appointment is next Friday in the afternoon. If you're not able to be there that day, please reschedule the visit. The phone number is on the table.
