A large company in your area has decided to spend a certain amount of money, either to sponsor a local children's sports team for two years, or to pay for two open-air concerts. It has asked for feedback from the general public.
Write a letter to the company. In your letter :
describe the benefits of sponsoring the sports team
summarise the benefits of paying for concerts
say how you think the company should spend the money
Dear Sir or Madam,
Thank you for choosing our society for the donation. I am the general secretary of the society "Green View" and after organizing a few general meeting with our owners and tenants, I think you should aid our local cricket team for two years. I am writing this letter to tell you about why I need you to sponsor our sport club.
Firstly, our society has enormous number of families wherein the numbers of children are gigantic and have shown high interest in participating all the contest campaigned by our club member. There are some scholars who plays cricket at state level but due to insufficient funds we are unable to provide them equipments and training. On the other hand, the number of youngster are rapidly increasing in our vicinity, and hence if we organize the concerts near our residence it will help our local vendor to ameliorate their economic standards and support them to gain popularity among other society.
How soon will be you releasing the funds? And, Who will be responsible to manage these changes for such a long time. I would be attaching the list of sports we assist in playing.
I am waiting to hearing from you soon.
Your's Faithfully,
Apoorva Chikara
