A large company in your area has decided to spend a certain amount of money, either to sponsor a local children’s sports team for two years, or to pay for two open-air concerts. It has asked for feedback from the general public.
Write a letter to the company. In your letter
describe the benefits of sponsoring the sports team
summarise the benefits of paying for the concerts
say how you think the company should spend the money
Dear Sir/ Madam,
I am writing to provide the feedback on the benefits of investing money to sponsor the sports team and the concerts in my area. I would suggest the better way to spend your money in this respect.
I recently came across this news published in the local magazine dated 21/04/21. My excitement was sky-high after reading this breakthrough as I can see a better prospective for our local sports and art club. our football team has been considered one of the top football teams in the city. This sponsorship will definitely help members to come up and proof their talent at international level.
Secondly, I would say that sponsorship for two concerts arrangement would be a better opportunity for the citizens to intermingle and catch up some news about neighbouring societies. It will give them a chance to relax in a safer environment and warmup themselves under one-roof. Furthermore, it would certainly raise the position of the community at national level.
As a suggestion, I would recommend that your company should invest money in the sports team and one concert, at first. By getting the feedback from public, and participation in the first concert, the investment in the second concert should be planned accordingly. In this way, the money should be spent wisely in a better way.
I hope my feedback will help you to spend money sensibly.
Yours faithfully,
