A Piece of equipment you use at home for your work is causing problems write a letter to company/shop. Describe the problem explain how it’s affecting your work and what would you like the company to do.
Dear Sir,
My name is Gitesh Shah and resident of Chandigarh, India. I am one of your regular consumers from the last ten years. I am writing this to complain about the printer that I bought from your shop one week ago.
I was earlier working as a full time employee in IT Park but due to an accident, the company asked me to work from home. The firm I am working with is a press and I need to print lots of paper on daily bases hence, to simplify my work I decided to buy a high-quality printer.
I visited your shop last Friday and purchased an HP printer. I was working well till yesterday but at the moment it is dysfunctional. I tried to figure out the reason for its problem but all was in vain. I am able to cope up with the work and need to send around a hundred prints daily to my office but I am not able to do it.
As you can see, I need this printer as my whole work is dependent on it hence, I need to fix it. I would like to request your company that either replace this equipment or fix it in 1 or 2 days as early as possible.
Yours Faithfully,
Gitesh Shah
