The process below shows how to make dough for a pizza.

The diagram gives information about the multistage process of proving dough for a pizza.
Overall, it is clear that the dough for a pizza is made through a seven stage in which a mixture of the ingredients are mixed together ( 4 cups of flour, 325 grams of water, 2 tsp of salt and a half of dry active yeast ). After the dough is done, it will be cut into three equal pieces.
Looking at the diagram more closely, one can see that the process begins when the ingredients, which consist of stabilizers, flour, salt, water and dry active yeast, are mixed together in a big bowl.Then, the mixture is put into the mixer and mixed for 2 minutes on slow. Next, it is mixed medium for 5 minutes and moreover back to slow for the last 2. After that the mixture is given a 2 hour break and so it should double in size. The following stage, the dough is kneaded to remove all air bubbles. The last stage, the dough is cut in 3 equal pieces of 275 grams each.
