Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing this letter to submit my request for covering the lost of my drone by the rules made in my travel insurance with the purchasing ID number: TI00000. I will explain this lost in details.
The Dji drone I bought last month was particularly for my trip shooting in Thailand. Before I my move to Bankok, I was recommended with the travel insurance by your agent Smith, which covered the loss of things that customer buy the service for. I made no hesitation to buy this service from you company becase of the price of Dji was so expensive. The trip was so good until I found my Dji flying camera was stolen in the fish market in Bankok. I called the agent to report this loss immediatelty after my calling for police, who reported no clue about it one week later.
In this case, I have to turn to you for help by the insurance guidance. I would kindly propose the request that you can pay for my loss. Meanwhile, more detail files are attached below. You can review them at your convenience.
I am truthfuly looking forward your response.
Sincerely,
Tony
