The pie chart illustrates the percent of the population coming from different regions in Australia, while the table portrays the percent of residents in rural areas and urban areas. The initial impression from the pie chart is that most residents in Australia are the Australian origin. It is also noticeable that most populations in Australia are live in rural areas.
According to the pie chart, three-fourths of the population is the Australian origin. This is followed by the number of people coming from The UK and New Zealand are respectively 7% and 3%. On the other hand, the Chinese and Dutch residents made up a small portion, only 2% is Chinese and 1% is Dutch.
As is seen from the table, roughly 80% of Australians and Dutch live in the city, whereas about 20% live in the countryside. Specifically, China’s population is made up 99% in the city, only 1% live in the country. The figure for people who come from The UK and New Zealand stay in rural areas is frustrated around 89-90%.
