Dear Sir/Madam,

I, Divyasree, am writing this letter to express my strong dissatisfaction with public transportation, buses which are from the Kushaiguda depot.

In detail, I am a resident of Malkajgiri, Hyderabad for more than 25 years now, and for a few months, I am experiencing awful services by the local bus transportation. The buses which have to come from the kushaiguda depot are not running timely, and there are 2 or 3 trips which people are encountering instead of 8 trips per day for which they are unable to arrive at their workplaces on time.

However, this unusual situation has created a lot of crowd in the bus stops for which the way towards kukatpally is blocked for the people who travel on their own vehicles. So, your poor transportation has not only created issues for the customers who depend on your buses but also to the people who do not depend.

I would like to suggest you replace the older drivers with the young and talented ones because they have much energy compared to them and drive faster. Moreover, kindly attach a timetable in our bus stop so that people can follow them accordingly.

I hope your employees may not repeat this type of negligence, and I believe these suggestions could be useful to arrest the problems created.

Yours faithfully,
Divyasree Reddy
