It's been really a long time since we met and hope you are doing great. We are going to celebrate India's most happening traditional event in another two weeks. I would like you to join us in this celebration.
In another couple of weeks, it's Deepavali here. It is also known as the Festival of lights. Brilliant lights will be glowing in all the places to mark the defeat of the evil demon Narakashura by Goddess Lakshmi. In addition to this, crackers will be burst, which would be thrilling to watch and you can also find my entire family during this occasion.
I remember talking about your research on different festivals in the world during our college days in Ottawa. I think, If you can make the time to come over here for this event, it will help add a different perspective to your thesis. A lot of things can be learned from the cultural point of view as well.
