A while ago you have lent a friend a suitcase, which he/she has not returned yet. Write a letter to him/her reminding to bring it back and say
- What suitcase and when dud he/she borrow it?
- Why do you need it back?
- What should he/she do about it?
Hi Tom,
Hope and wish that you and your family are doing well. I guess you enjoyed the trip to Australia, send me some snaps you took there.
Hey, do you remember the Samsonite “Soft Lite”, blood red colored suite case, which I gave you for your trip? As I had no plans of travelling at that time, I gave it to you to avoid you spending more on luggage as your budgets were tight during that time.
I and my wife are travelling to India for our annual vacation by next week. The suit case which I lent you is the one which has a higher capacity and comfort. My wife had shopped a lot of items to be taken back home and already my two other suitcases are stuffed up. So I am badly in need of the suite case for my travel.
This week is going to be a busy one due to my back to back official trips across the country. Could you please help by dropping the suit case at my home during your free time? Alternatively I can ask my wife to pick it up from your wife when she is available at home.
Please text me if you need any stuff from India, while coming back from vacation. We will meet after I am back from vacation. Cheers!
With Regards,
Simon Dickson
