Dear Mr. Ray,
I hope you are doing great. I am writing this letter to thank you for lending me your book titled, ‘How to read a weather report’ whose content was really helpful.
Earlier this month our manager, Mr. Kim had requested me to prepare a few slides for our latest product, the weather prediction model. Thus, my presentation contained details on how the weather affects our marine business, the unique ways we interpret them, and an introduction to our product.
As this demonstration was held in the priority meeting room, we were accompanied by potential stakeholders, who were planning on investing in our latest product. So, this presentation was among the highly regarded ones.
I am really grateful for having have got your book as it helped me with the second section of my presentation; the unique ways we interpret weather. The book contained various approaches and techniques on the methods adopted for weather analysis which I had planned to elaborate on through the presentation. Mr. Kim was quite impressed with them in particular.
Anyway, I shall return the book when you resume back to work, until then I shall continue reading.
Thank you once again!
Yours sincerely,
Adlen DSouza
