Dear Marck,
It has been long time since we met or had any conversation. I hope you and your family are happy and staying healthy during ongoing pandemic situation. I'm writing this letter to ask you for a recipe of one Chinese dish. I am feeling excited and hope you will too by knowing about my transfer to Shangai at China. To mingle with my office staff and neighbours, I've decided to conduct party in the next weekend.
As most people belong to this country and preference would be given to eat their traditional food only. I'm requesting you to share the process of cooking the delicious Manchurian with fried rice which is a popular Chinese cuisine. The reason why I'm asking you is that you born and bought up in China and I know cooking is your hobby so I'd get better ideas from you to prepare mouth watering food. Moreover, I'm oblivious to any chinese dishes and numerous videos on You tube have been watched by me, however I've not got proper idea about its preparation.
Thanking you in advance for your help and will surely keep connecting with each other.
