Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter to express my concern regarding the limited sports facilities in our King Street Town.
We have only one ground which is used by residents for playing football and cricket. However, many individuals in our town like to play other games such as basketball, badminton, tennis, and hockey. Plus, some people like to do swimming. Therefore, it is a humble request for you to consider building a new sports complex in our town.
The residents of our hometown have to daily travel 20 Kilometres to the city for playing their games as it has multiple sports complexes in different areas. Consequently, the homeowners from our town think twice before going to the city as it takes traveling and membership costs to enjoy their sports activities.
I would suggest you construct the big ground into a sports complex with indoor and outdoor facilities for the individuals of our place. Besides, the construction cost for building this complex can be taken from the taxes paid yearly by our town people which is ongoing for decades. Plus, the maintenance cost and staff wages will cover by the membership costs and some governmental funds.
I hope you will consider my request.
Yours faithfully,
Shwatank Bhasin
