Dear Sir/ Madam,
I am writing this letter to report a loss of an important file of documents at your hotel Cityscape Hotel.
We had booked a business conference at your banquet on 25th and 26th July 2019 for hosting our Annual Pan Asia Marketing event. I think I have misplaced my file along with important documents and some certificates in your banquet named “Lotus”. I presumed to have lost my file after the event was concluded on 26th July 2019. These are important documents pertaining to various licenses issued by Chamber of Commerce to certain companies. If you or your staff has found them, please call us urgently and kindly arrange to send the documents by courier to my address mentioned below.
305, The Gate, Level 14, DIFC
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Yours sincerely,
Rebecca Paul
