Respected Sir/Madam,
I am a resident of Green Avenue Society and writing this letter to raise a conern related to the pets which are provoked by their young owners for fun sake and other people's lives are put on stake. Mostly, old age residents walk or children use to play in the park besides the building where the incident happens.
It started almost from the last week that some boys from our society started playing with the dogs which was quite okay for everyone but eventually they started racing the dogs by hitting them with sticks to get on the top of the race so that they could win the betting amount. The dogs became so annoyed that 4 people including children were bitten by them and suffered a lot. After that, the neighbours confronted them and told them to stop creating such dangerous situation again but failed as it continued even after.
So it is a request to you to take appropriate action against them as no one wants to spoil the future of those youngsters, however it is necessary to teach them a lesson that their callous attitude can be put to a halt.
I look forward for a positive response from your side and a strict action as soon as possible.
Yours sincerely,
Rinki Gupta
